We specialise in software for safety management in mining & industry, human resource management, corporate messaging and client relationship management (CRM). Our consulting services address business process optimisation and -automation (BPOA), management information systems (MIS) and Internet & Intranet integration of corporate information and databases. Our current constultant base also specialise in safety management within the requirements of the Mine Health and Safety Act and international standards such as OHSAS18001 and BS18000.

MARKUS VAN AARDT
Founder and Managing Director | MSc Computer Science (Software Engineering)Markus is the founder and Managing Director of Adamantium Software Engineering and holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Pretoria in Software Engineering. He specialises in software architecture, software engineering and project management activities and enterprise system development, supporting a wide array of industries.
After leaving the Deutsche Bank Group in 2005 he founded Adamantium Software Engineering as specialist software development house and is currently working on expanding the company’s specialties. His work included outsourcing projects for companies in South Africa and Nigeria in a wide array of technologies.
JANE MOSEBI
Executive Director | BCom, Post-graduate diplomaJane was founder and CEO of ForgeAhead from 2003 – 2010, an advisory services and consulting company, with presence in three spheres of government of South Africa and most of the African Countries. The company had governments, blue chip ICT companies and organisations such as Nedlac, Nepad, Acacia, SADC secretariat as its clients. Prior to being CEO of ForgeAhead, she was a Director of a joint venture between ForgeAhead and BMI-Tecknowledge, specialising still in ICT Research. Jane has had a wide and vast experience including working for BMW AG in Munich, Germany for two years and thereafter spending a year with BMW SA.
Jane started her career with Textile Workers Union and also worked for an organisation that lobbied for the rights of informal traders. She travelled extensively on consulting assignments, delivered papers at conferences around South Africa and other Africa countries. She currently serves on the NW Premiers’ Advisory Council on ICT, Executive member of Namec, Former member of Minister of DTI ICT Advisory council.
She is a holder of a BCom degree and a post-graduate diploma from Wirstschaft Akademie in Kiel.
Dr MARIUS VAN AARDT
Executive Director: Safety Consulting Services | DPhil Industrial SociologyMarius is founder and CEO of Marius van Aardt and Associates and is a behavioural scientist by training and holds a Doctorate in Industrial Sociology from the University of Pretoria. He is a specialist in the mining and minerals sectors and has been involved in leadership development, culture interventions, risk management and safety programme development and mining operations optimisation for over a decade.
He assists major industrial companies and mining houses to achieve optimal workforce efficiencies in the alignment of core business- and management processes.
CHANÉ VAN AARDT
Legal and Finance | CA (SA)Chané is a certified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and currently consults on corporate and financial management projects. She completed her articles at AFGRI (and seconded to KPMG) outside of public practice. Her specialties are varied and include IFRS, treasury, financial management, systems, mergers and acquisitions, unwinding and forensic auditing. She has is currently studying towards an LLB and has been an independent consultant since 2009, counting SERCO PLC as a major client.
